Pfaubräu brewery inn and city hotel
We look forward to welcoming you in our beautiful historic dining rooms or in our spacious and attractive hotel rooms.
Our “Pfau”, as the locals often affectionately call it, is located in the heart of Trostberg’s old town. Here you will find warm hospitality and Bavarian brewery inn culture combined in the unique ambience of our historic dining rooms and our modern, well-kept guest rooms.

In our beautiful dining rooms you can experience Bavarian pub and beer culture in its purest form. Elegance meets rusticity and gives our “Peacock” its unmistakable, endearing touch.

Restaurant & beer garden
Enjoy your stay with a small snack, regional or seasonal delicacies or our popular brewhouse dishes, accompanied by one of our award-winning beers, fresh from the cellars of our brewery.
Open daily from 16.00 – approx. 22.00,
Hot food is available from 17.30 to 21.00.
Additionally on Sundays and public holidays from 11:00-14:00
Hot food is available from 11.30 am to 1.30 pm.
We are also available for celebrations at other times – we look forward to hearing from you!
A special gem is our beautiful beer garden, which is idyllically situated under rustic trees with a view of the picturesque old town with St. Andrew’s Church and the castle and the bustling old town.

Special occasions should be celebrated and prepared accordingly – the Pfaubräu creates the appropriate setting for parties, celebrations, meetings or events. So that you have time and can be there for your guests, we are happy to advise you and provide a suitable ambience and an undisturbed get-together in our dining rooms.
